name is sufficient on this report if an alphabetical exhibitors list is included. If
the exhibitors are listed by exhibitor number please include their number along with the

on the awards offered is enclosed with this report.. If a separate Junior
Show is held all of the listed awards will be given for that show. Please fill out a
separate complete report for the Junior show. If no separate Junior show is held, then
Juniors those 18 and under) showing in the Open Class show may compete for the Junior
Awards in addition to the other awards. |

numbers given must be for the birds actually judged, not the number of birds that were
entered. These numbers are important for determining Master Exhibitor
points. Please note that we ask you to report some reserve champions, trio champions, and
Super Grand Champion Waterfowl for Master Exhibitor point purposes only. On the Champion
Trio lines, please write the number of trios shown, and the number of individual birds. |
